Payment mentods

After carefully reviewing the information about the room provided on the hotel's website, customers can choose 1 of 2 methods below to book a room:
Option 1: Call directly to the hotel's phone number to receive direct advice and receive accurate information about the number of rooms available.
Method 2: Go to the hotel's website to make a direct reservation.
Check-in time:
Check-in time is 2pm (early check-in is subject to room availability and guests are charged an early check-in surcharge).
Check-out time is before 12 noon.
Note: Other services arising outside of the reservation will be charged according to Hillary Resort policy.
Payment methods
When a customer makes a reservation on the website, the system will automatically send to the customer's email a confirmation of the reservation.. The customer needs to make the payment for his reservation before the payment due date by one of the methods. formula below:
Make online payment via ATM card or credit card:
A fast and convenient payment method for customers who want to make a reservation in advance. The payment system will direct you to the hotel's online payment system. Customers need to follow the payment process instructions on the website to make the payment for the room at the hotel.
In case the customer cannot connect to the payment gateway on the website, we will send a payment link for the customer to make payment for his booking. Customers only need to follow the payment instructions from this link.
If the customer does not pay on time, the hotel has the right to unilaterally cancel this reservation.
Make payments offline via ATM card or credit card
When it is not possible to pay online via the website portal, the hotel will send the customer a form called 'Authorization for payment via credit card', the customer fills in all the necessary information and then signs this form. and return it to us with a 2-sided copy of the credit card and a copy of the customer's passport for verification purposes.
In case the customer wants to use the credit card provided to the hotel to use in the payment of the reservation, the hotel will charge the guest from this card. Please bring this credit card to check-in and present it to the staff at the front desk to process the payment and verify the cardholder's authenticity. If the customer does not use or carry a credit card with pre-registered information, the customer can choose to pay with another credit card or cash. Then the hotel side will carry out procedures to refund the amount that the hotel has kept from the customer card information previously provided. This process will, on average, take about two business days before the customer receives the refund on his or her credit card.
If the customer pays for his or her reservation with a credit card other than the one previously provided to the hotel, please inform the hotel. We will block a certain amount from the customer's card provided and this amount corresponds to 1 part of the reservation. However, we still confirm with the customer and block the amount corresponding to the room price booked from this card on the payment due date.
The hotel will collect the blocked amount from the credit card provided by the guest, if the guest is not present at the hotel on time of check-in, this amount is considered non-refundable. The hotel side requires guests to check-in when they arrive at the hotel, who is also the cardholder. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the guest does not provide complete information or provides missing or incorrect information or does not receive a payment response from the customer when the payment is due for the room.
Make payment by bank transfer
This is a cardless payment method, for customers who want to reserve their seats in advance. We will send bank account details to customer's email. Please transfer the exact amount mentioned in the booking confirmation letter. In the detailed description when making the transfer, please mention the sender's full name, sender's phone number, booking confirmation number and please remind the hotel to check the cash flow into the account when your payment has been made complete. The hotel side will contact the customer as soon as payment is received from the customer. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we do not receive a payment response from the customer when the payment is due.
Direct payment by card or cash at the Reception
This is a flexible form of payment, for customers who book directly through the front desk. Depending on the discussion between the customer and the hotel side, the guest can pay directly at the front desk upon pick up
